Reopening dates

This page will be updated on a weekly basis with the latest information regarding when our services and programs will reopen in line with the latest government restrictions.

Please note, if your site or centre is reopening and you are required to work, you will be given at least three days’ notice from Human Resources prior to when you are required to resume work.

Camps

Our camps are now open to regional Victorian customers.

Children’s Programs

All of our Children’s Programs services, including Early Learning Centres, Outside of School Hours Care and School Holiday Programs, are currently operating.

Kingswim

We are very excited to have our teams back into the centres and are looking to reopen all 13 Victoria Centres for learn to swim. Online training commenced for all staff returning to complete and feel confident in the changes they will see in the centre. We cannot wait to see our little swimmers in the pool soon

Kingswim centres across Queensland and NSW resumed regular learn to swim programs from Monday 22 June.

Kingswim centres across ACT resumed regular learn to swim programs from Monday 20 July.

Recreation

While the Victorian Government has outlined when our services can reopen in the COVID-19 Roadmap to Reopening, it does not mean they will straight away. We are working closely with our council partners to determine when our facilities will reopen and will update this page weekly with the latest reopening information.

Youth Services

Although our physical youth services spaces are currently closed, Latrobe Youth Space, Bendigo Youth Services and Peninsula Youth Services are still running weekly online programming.

YMCA ReBuild has been operating throughout the pandemic, and will continue to operate in line with government restrictions.
